Why Weve?
A lot of companies have been trying to create hybrid solutions with limited success while we have been doing it for many months (and in this market, that’s a long time!). We’re the only event company in this universe with a proprietary tech platform that can mix and match virtual and in-person play with a flip of a switch.
How many people can play a Hybrid Game Show?
We’re starting out with 10 to 100 players or 10-20 teams - in whatever combination of in-person and remote players you need. We’re aiming to have room for up to 500 in the future. (The more the merrier!)
How long is a Hybrid Game Show?
We think the best experience lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, but if you have a large group, you might want a little more time. We can be flexible based on your agenda.
What is the cost per person for a Hybrid Game Show?
Games occuring in our Super Flex locations are our best budget friendly option. Games can be booked as low as $25 per person depending on your number of guests and the options your choose. Talk to your sales representative for a price quote.
Wait, who has to be in-person and who has to be remote?
Whatever you want. The Weve host can be in-person or remote, and your players can be in-person or remote. And yes, some players can be remote and some can be in-person. Both in-person and remote players will have an equal amount of engagement and fun. We also have an option where two in-person groups, each in a different location, play against each other with a remote host. So you can have a Team in Osaka and a team in Omaha (or anywhere else) play together, live.
What if our plans change?
We’ve planned for changing plans and made it easier to host a no-worries, let’s go-with-the-flow event. Take advantage of our new Flex Switch policy to ensure that your event runs smoothly no matter what. Meaning, with a flip of a switch we can change your event from in-person to virtual or a mixture of the two. Plus, iIn select cities, you can switch from live hosted to virtual up to 3 hours in advance. Outside of those cities, you can still switch with three days' notice.
Can we customize our Game Show?
You bet! Add custom group or company trivia to your experience that’s serious or silly. Test your team’s knowledge about company history or create more personal individual questions. It’s a great way to find out who remembers your mission statement or share that your CMO’s cats are named after The Three Stooges.
What are the tech requirements?
We’ve kept it simple. In-person groups require a strong internet connection, computer connected to projector screen, speakers and a microphone. Each team will need one mobile phone connected to a web browser. Remote players will log in from their computer (not a mobile phone or tablet).
Do we need to download an app?
Nope! The game is played on a mobile web browser and the phone must be kept on Weve the entire time. (Not that you’re going to want to check email when you’re in the middle of a fierce and fun Cookie Face competition.)
